Tuition Fees and Policies
All tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month, one month in advance. The first payment for the year is due by August 1st. The last payment for the year will be April 1st. Payment will be considered late if it is not received by the 5th of the month and a late fee of $15 will be charged. Any account that is 30 days late will be subject to suspension of attendance until the account is paid in full and after 45 days may be subject to being dropped from the program and their spot being filled (unless prior special arrangements have been made).All returned and NSF checks will be charged $15 to cover HCP bank fee. Payments are made payable to HCP and can be dropped in the tuition payment box or mailed to the following address: HC Preschool, 6175 Old Jenks Road, Apex NC 27523. We do not issue monthly billing nor accept credit card payment. However, you can set upautomatic monthly billing thru your bank. **Please Note** We try to provide the highest quality program on a budget figured at the lowest possible monthly rate. In order to do this, tuition credit or substitute days are not given for any of the days the center is closed or days a child is absent due to illness or vacation. Withdrawals Please allow a one month notice when a child is withdrawn for any reason other than illness. All notifications should be submitted in writing to the Director. Without the one month notification of withdrawal, the following month's tuition is still due. Because we do not fill classes the last two months of the program, notice of withdrawal for the months of April and/or May must be provided on or before March 1, otherwise, the tuition for both the months of April and May are required. If you are moving and will be withdrawing your child it would be greatly appreciated if you could give us the date of the withdrawal at the earliest possible time. HCP reserves the right to dismiss any child for inability of the child or family to adjust to the school�s schedule/policies/procedures, to cooperate with staff or for behavior endangering the children, families or staff. If a withdrawal occurs at the request of the HCP, the unused portion of any months� tuition will be refunded. |
